Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your Starboy Studios gear. If something isn't right, you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, email Starboystudiosco.help@gmail.com with your order number.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or damage, with tags attached.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
